We are seeking a skilled Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our team in billing and collections processes. As a key member, you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining our customer Master Database, preparing vendor forms, handling portal sign-ups and questionnaires, sending invoices and credit memos, collecting invoices to meet cash forecast goals, and resolving customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain the customer Master Database on an ongoing basis, including accounts review and approval, customer bill-to and ship-to addresses and contacts, invoicing instructions, etc.
  • Support Order Management with vendor set-ups and questionnaires completion involving customer portals.
  • Submit invoices through online portals, email invoices, and mail invoices.
  • Prepare and send statements of account; contact customers regarding open invoices.
  • Reconcile customer accounts.
  • Participate in the month-end close process.
  • Assist with tax documentation preparation tailored to meet unique country requirements. Work on withholding tax communication campaigns for customers.
  • Review and approve campaign dunning communications segmented by aging buckets through Tesorio.
  • Provide support on projects, including user acceptance testing.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as determined by the Senior Manager.
  • Support periodic audit work.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Methodical approach to following process instructions.
  • Good communication skills when interacting with internal stakeholders.
  • Foreign language proficiency is beneficial.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable/order management/data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Netsuite.
  • Digitally literate, with experience navigating portals and web pages.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word (or Google Sheets and Google Docs).
