Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal project managers, stakeholders, and line managers to shape infrastructure solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Technology team members, project stakeholders, key 3rd party suppliers, and other relevant IMTD personnel
  • Ensure that all technical solutions and services are delivered in a quality and timely manner while aligning with organizational change management processes

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing IT Managed Services providers and vendors, as well as experience working with and designing underlying/core infrastructure solutions at an enterprise level.

A broad understanding of infrastructure-related technologies such as servers, load balancers, firewalls, storage configurations, networks, and data centers is crucial. Experience with Microsoft Applications and the underlying infrastructure designs required, e.g., SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange, would be an advantage.
