Job Overview
About This Role- We are seeking a seasoned Claims IT Leader to oversee the global claims platform roll-out, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimising a global claims platform, with a strong background in Agile delivery and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities- Define the claims roadmap, evaluating new capability requests and proposing necessary additions to existing platforms.
- Champion agile implementation methodology, delivering customer-centric technology products using Agile standards and best practices.
- Build applications with outstanding user experience and adoption.
- Reorganise an existing team of 200+ internal and external resources to focus on code development.
- Drive end-to-end technology product design and implementation using OKRs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation as the IT Director responsible for global claims applications.
- SIGNIFICANT AND SUBSTANTIAL Agile delivery experience with global stakeholder management mindset.
- Proven track record of implementing multiple tech deliverables simultaneously.
- DIRECT Agile delivery experience for large platforms, ideally with low/no-code platforms.
- Substantial experience as a senior manager, having managed extensive innovation or IT migration programmes/portfolios.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing large teams and developing next-generation IT talent.
- Ability to create value in a fast-paced, complex work environment.
- Superior programme management skills and communication skills.
