Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Ttm Healthcare Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Clerk to join our team in Kilkenny. The successful candidate will have a strong background in reception duties, as well as general administrative tasks.


Job Type:

Full-Time roles available, 35hrs per week with varying hours from 9-5 and also 24/7 shift work (Shift work includes weekends and evening).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing calls and taking messages.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors at the reception area.
  • Handling general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Supporting other staff with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Updating and maintaining electronic health records with strict confidentiality.
  • Serving as a main contact for calls and information relay between clinical staff and families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in switchboard and reception duties or admin in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
