Job Title: Engineering Service Operative

We are seeking skilled individuals to maintain our bus fleet safely and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for customers.

The successful applicant will be required to work day/night or rotating shifts depending on staffing requirements. They will also be responsible for driving all company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain buses by shunting them around the yard, cleaning, refuelling, parking, etc.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including battery maintenance, greasing, refuelling, and changing oil on buses.
  • Clean and vacuum buses and premises, including chassis cleaning.
  • Undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks on buses.
  • Interact with electric fleet and charging stations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Valid, Clean Category B Irish Driving Licence or a Valid, Clean Full Category D Irish Driving licence, with no endorsements.
  • Be over 21 years old to comply with D licence regulation.
  • Have fluent spoken and written English.
  • Be available to work shifts, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
