About the Role:
  • You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring effective governance structures and providing exceptional customer service.
  • You will work closely with clients, trustees, scheme members, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
  • You will lead a multi-disciplined team in delivering services to clients, leveraging your expertise in pensions and employee benefits.
  • You will design and implement retirement and member engagement programs, as well as develop and present reports and proposals.

Requirements:
  • You must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in client/portfolio management.
  • You must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
  • You must be a strong team player with leadership qualities, able to adapt well to change.
  • You must hold relevant qualifications, such as QFA or IIPM, and a full clean driving license.
