Job Description

We are seeking ambitious and enthusiastic Support Workers to support, encourage and motivate individuals to lead a fulfilling life.

As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a dynamic team to promote independence, inclusion, and overall well-being in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals in developing essential life skills and participating in community activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create personalized support plans that foster growth and empowerment.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant QQI Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of New Directions Interim Standards and Person-Centred Support Plans.
  • Possess a valid manual driving license for Ireland.
  • Have experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, with excellent organizational and IT skills being advantageous.
  • Show ability to work independently or as part of a team.
