This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and growing sector of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and processing pre-owned devices, ensuring they are refurbished and resold or recycled responsibly.
Main Responsibilities- Support with handling and processing stock lines, typically mobile handsets, on trade-in management software.
- Inspect and grade mobile devices based on company guidelines.
- Use software packages to data cleanse and test mobile devices.
- Process, list and document device information for recycling purposes.
- Pack devices and create sales lists.
- Participate in stock takes when required.
- Report any issues or variances to management immediately.
- Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure within a team environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail; able to learn quickly when facing a new challenge and developing new skills.
- Open to change; actively seeks different solutions.
- Effective time management skills; uses time efficiently.
