About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Project Engineer to spearhead innovative projects, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive technical excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading medium-scale engineering projects, translating customer needs into actionable plans, and conducting feasibility studies to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute custom project scopes, leveraging your expertise to guide stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Benchmark internal processes and external best practices to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform strategic planning and optimize life cycle costs.
  • Evaluate design changes and proactively manage potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Serve as a technical liaison, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent technical experience with demonstrated competence will also be considered.
  • A post-graduate degree may contribute toward the required experience, but is not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 6 years of significant engineering and/or operational experience, with a proven track record of technical contributions and accomplishments.
  • Strong technical knowledge and application of engineering principles and practices, with a recognized subject matter expert status in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
