Job Title: Training Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in managing and delivering training related services, as well as a proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Omexom Institute facility, including facilities, setup, resources, and usage.
  • Monitor, manage, and coordinate employee training programs through the online training system.
  • Work closely with operational Business Units to ensure all staff have the appropriate training and competence in line with legislation.
  • Assist with the evaluation of practical training, monitoring quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Maintain training records, track employee progress, and report on training outcomes.
  • Research organizations and bodies that award grants or provide funding towards training and development.
  • Build relationships with external learning providers or facilitators.
  • Implement and coordinate apprentice schemes across the business, ensuring appropriate training and development plans are implemented to support college programs.

Requirements:

  • A degree in education, human resources, business management, or a related field.
  • Train the Trainer Qualification (Level 6 Training & Evaluation).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a training-related role.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Sound IT skills, including use of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, be a team player, and have a high level of self-motivation.
