Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role involves working within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, or Packing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving Team: Accepting new inventory, allocating stock on shelves, maintaining stock accuracy above 99%, and processing returns.
  • Picking Team: Delivering products accurately and quickly, loading/unloading pallets and stock, and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Packing Team: Ensuring quality and packaging shipments correctly, verifying orders against pick lists, and reporting damaged or missing items.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Warehouse/manual handling experience is essential for this role.
  • Skills: Customer-focused, driven, able to adapt to change quickly, extremely detail-oriented, good communicator, and able to lift 50lbs without restriction.
