About the Opportunity

This exciting role offers the chance to join our team as a Consumer Communications Manager, driving consumer PR initiatives that meet the client's business goals.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of effective PR strategies focused on the Irish market, leveraging local market insights, consumer behavior trends, and competitive analysis to create impactful campaigns that elevate brand visibility and engagement.

You will work closely with other internal teams, including creative, digital, and events, to deliver cohesive and fully integrated PR solutions that align with broader marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute consumer PR strategies, creating impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of integrated PR campaigns, including product launches, events, influencer marketing, and digital activations.
  • Media & Influencer Relations: Cultivate relationships with key Irish media outlets, influencers, and bloggers, securing meaningful coverage and endorsements that build brand affinity and connect with local audiences.
  • Budget Management: Manage account budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact while staying within financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in consumer PR, with a proven track record of managing domestic campaigns and working with Irish consumer brands.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding teams to achieve campaign success.
