The Corporate Actions team plays a critical role in providing timely and accurate information on corporate events, helping clients make informed decisions. We strive to deliver exceptional service, leveraging our expertise in corporate finance and our commitment to innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of corporate actions and their impact on financial markets.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of corporate action data, providing critical insights to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services, leveraging your expertise in corporate finance.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge, staying current with industry developments and best practices.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject e.g. Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages; German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Prior experience or strong knowledge and understanding of corporate finance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
