About Our Clinical Contract and Budget Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Contract and Budget Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing clinical contract and budget negotiation activities.

  • You will provide guidance on contract and budget processes, conduct negotiations, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate complex contracts and budgets for various projects.
  • Work with partners across the organization to review and approve all contract and budget exceptions.
Process Improvement and Training:
  • Develop and implement training programs for new associates and customers.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute contract and budget templates and documentation.
  • Mentor junior associates to provide guidance and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, healthcare, finance, engineering).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience negotiating contracts and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
