Residential Care Team Leader

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to lead our residential care team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their management skills and provide exceptional support to individuals with physical and sensory disabilities.
About the Role- To assist in the effective management of the service, ensuring high-quality client-focused care.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong understanding of HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards. They will be responsible for overseeing entry and exit procedures, supporting clients with their needs, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and plan the service, ensuring seamless delivery of quality care.
- Support clients with physical and sensory disabilities, providing individualized care and assistance as needed.
- Implement and maintain HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
Requirements:
A third-level graduate in Health & Social Care or a management qualification is required. Essential training will be provided if necessary. A minimum of three years' experience in a similar field, preferably in an accommodation-based setting, is also essential.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong understanding of Intellectual Disabilities/Mental Health difficulties and the HIQA process.
