We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in delivering operational excellence across all People Ops functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute core People Ops processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate support.

  • Continuously improve and document operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in People Operations or HR roles, ideally in high-growth, scaling, or late-stage tech companies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing and improving operational processes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with HRIS platforms and other People Ops tools; proficiency in analysing and reporting on HR data.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • A proactive problem solver with a process-oriented approach and a passion for driving efficiency.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a scaling environment.

  • A commitment to continuous learning and a passion for fostering inclusive and engaging workplace cultures.
