Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Electrical Engineer to join our team at Ethos Engineering. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical design and engineering techniques, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work independently and in support of the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Electrical Services design for a range of projects, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget.
- Design and specification of electrical services for various types of buildings and sectors.
- Produce detailed schematics and develop electrical design standards within the organisation.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and provide fully detailed tender packages and monitor installation/quality on site until project completion.
- Tender report/analysis/recommendations and develop project scope with the design team/client.
Requirements
- Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field - Chartered an advantage but not essential.
- 10+ years as a Senior Engineer, with in-depth knowledge of electrical design and engineering techniques.
- Deep knowledge of ETCI, CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS and EN Standards.
- Working knowledge of industry-leading software such as Autocad, Dialux, Amtech, and REVIT an advantage.
