The Security Team Lead role is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to anticipate client needs.

We are seeking an experienced security professional who can lead a team of staff on site, ensuring the operational effectiveness of the Security Operations Centre and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership and line management to staff on site, ensuring their performance meets required standards.
  • Operational Effectiveness: Ensure the operational effectiveness of the Security Operations Centre, including planning and managing security operations and special events.
  • Staff Development: Develop and facilitate training and learning exercises for staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the security team.

This role also involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
