Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our projects from inception to conclusion. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in fundraising, consulting, marketing, or strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop work plans and materials for campaign planning studies and development assessments
  • Conduct analysis of clients through review of fundraising performance and interviews with executives, volunteer leaders, and donors
  • Prepare fundraising campaign materials, including strategic plans, operating materials, case statements, and major gift proposals

Qualifications
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills
  • Keen business sense demonstrated in either a professional or academic environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, and prospective donors
