Training Excellence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our training initiatives in Cavan. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering customized training programs to enhance operational excellence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality protocols, and health and safety regulations.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, skill development, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and develop strategic solutions.
- At least 35 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in highly regulated settings, with a strong understanding of compliance standards.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in developing and delivering train-the-trainer programs.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of training record systems for audit and regulatory purposes.
