Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team and take ownership of tax compliance functions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to leverage their expertise in delivering high-quality tax compliance and consultancy services to a diverse client base.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality tax compliance and consultancy services to clients.
- Review tax compliance returns and disclosure notes for single entities and consolidated groups.
- Represent clients in discussions with Irish Revenue, particularly in audits and voluntary disclosures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering trusted advice and support.
- Contribute to advisory work on a range of tax matters.
- Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- CTA qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong tax expertise.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience working in practice with exposure to Irish tax legislation.
- Technically sound, commercially minded, and solutions-driven.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organised, analytical, and confident in managing client portfolios.
- Enjoys mentoring others and being part of a collaborative environment.
