Clerkin Connect is proud to partner with a leading organisation to recruit a Process Improvement Director. This role is part of the organisation's transformation programme, aimed at establishing a central Continuous Improvement team to drive operational excellence across the business.

As a key member of the team, the Process Improvement Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Lean strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to implement process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and impactful change projects, supporting the business in achieving its strategic goals.

The successful candidate will bring expertise in Lean Six Sigma, a proven ability to lead transformational initiatives, and a dynamic approach to stakeholder engagement and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a Lean expert within the Continuous Improvement team, responsible for defining and implementing the Continuous Improvement operations framework
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to support implementation across the CI track in scope, using a business partner approach
  • Creating and implementing short- and medium-term process improvement plans
  • Ensuring project/workstream design meets functional requirements and is achievable for the organisation
