Job Title

As a Parts Advisor, you will provide solutions that meet customers' unique requirements by being well-presented, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with aftersales customers via phone, in person, and online
  • Order, organise, and maintain parts stock
  • Complete customers' parts estimates in a timely manner
  • Conduct daily stock control checks
  • Accurately identify, locate, and pick parts for Trade and Retail customers
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through telephone calls and email
  • Market and promote genuine parts, lubricants, and consumables to trade customers
  • Introduce and promote the Trade Link programme to trade customers
Requirements
  • Friendly, customer-focused disposition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Entrepreneurial approach to growing parts sales to the trade
  • Drive to achieve results and be involved in tasks requiring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner with product knowledge to interpret customers' needs
  • Able to maintain quality operating procedures and adhere to rules and processes
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor/Parts Manager (2 years required)
