Job DescriptionLead Team Member

A high-performing and influential team leader is needed to take charge of our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading by example, motivating and inspiring confidence in others, transferring knowledge effectively, and skilled in conflict management.

In this role, you will oversee the productivity trackers, train new team members on how to use them, complete weekly and monthly reports, and deliver team huddles. You will also work closely with evening team leaders to ensure required coverage for markets.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, attending necessary meetings and conference calls, preparing updates and reporting relevant to delivery, and communicating organizationally.

Additional responsibilities include organizing orientation training, working with the team trainer to confirm on-boarding training plans, taking accountability for working with support functions to drive improvements, and acting as a mentor for staff enrolled in leadership development paths.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate individual who can work on their own initiative or as part of a team, with experience in social media/trust and safety being an advantage.
