Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a brand-new high-rise residential development in Dublin city.
- Coordinate and supervise all site activities, manage manpower on site, including direct staff, trades, and subcontractors.
- Host meetings with architects, design teams, site crews, and senior management to update them on project progress.
- Lead weekly toolbox talks and whiteboard meetings.
- Update site diaries and read drawings to ensure accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in construction management or similar trade qualifications.
- A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Developer in Ireland.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite, including Project.
