Senior Speech Language Therapist

A rewarding opportunity has emerged for a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a specialist stroke rehabilitation unit.

The role involves working collaboratively as part of a well-structured team, comprising a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, medical social worker, and dietitian. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute neurological settings, including stroke and dysphagia rehabilitation.

  • Recognition as a qualified Speech and Language Therapist and eligibility for registration with the relevant authority
  • Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in an acute neurological setting
  • Experience in stroke and dysphagia rehabilitation, along with relevant qualifications
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and participate in cross-site collaboration
