Operations/Production Leader

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of operations, including production, logistics, stock management, and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operational activities across production, logistics, stock management, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical tasks.
  • Establish and maintain effective non-conformance recording and review processes.
  • Review and update standard work and role definitions to ensure clarity, achievable expectations, and accountability.
  • Implement training plans to provide coverage for critical positions across all shifts.
  • Set clear KPI targets aligned with business goals and ensure effective communication channels between shifts, departments, and leadership.

This is a demanding role requiring a resilient and results-driven leader who can align teams to shared goals, ensure accountability, and manage change effectively.

A strong background in production, logistics, or supply chain management is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will be able to drive process improvements, develop high-performing teams, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, and navigate ambiguity and uncertainty with ease.
