Compliance Specialist Lead

The Quality Systems Specialist will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

This includes authoring and reviewing SOPs, managing the DCM system, and providing reports to site on QMS documentation.

The specialist will work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and coordinating internal audits
  • Managing and coordinating change control systems
  • Managing and coordinating CAPA systems
  • Providing GMP training
  • Trending and reporting of quality metrics

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, as well as experience working in a team environment.
