We are seeking a skilled Financial Specialist to join our Corporate Actions team. As our client's business and customer base continues to grow, we need finance specialists to manage corporate actions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions to ensure seamless execution.
- Announcing and updating corporate actions to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Events creation, including Cash Stock Options, Rights Issues, Stock Splits, and Mergers.
Sourcing Local Media:
- Identifying and sourcing local media outlets for corporate actions announcements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting with relevant concentration.
- Previous experience in financial roles is preferred.
- Fluent English and French language skills.
- EU passport or Stamp 4 residency.
What We Offer:
- Salary: +5% annual bonus.
- Location: D24, hybrid work model.
- Relocation package available for external candidates.
- Permanent contract with Monday to Friday office hours.
