About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining and operating plant equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.

  • The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plant equipment to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • They will also respond to helpdesk requests and carry out daily checks to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • In addition, the Electrical Equipment Maintenance Specialist will coordinate with external contractors for maintenance work and ensure that all equipment meets safety and operational standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with plant equipment like boilers, chillers, HVAC, and water systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role, as is excellent customer service and a proactive approach.
  • An engineering qualification or Level 6 trade equivalent is required, and experience in medical, pharma, or production industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Maximo and GMP background is a plus.
