Waterford Personal Lines Account Manager

Role Overview:
">We are seeking an experienced Account Administrator to join our team in Waterford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines renewals, building relationships with the Renewal Issue Team, and ensuring compliance standards are met.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Manage rebroke personal lines renewals and invite renewal by email or letter.
- Evaluate all files on Relay to ensure they are up-to-date.
- Develop strong relationships across the Renewal Issue Team within Arachas, working collaboratively to deliver on team targets and objectives.
- Maintain excellent collaboration with the Personal Lines Renewal Issue Team Leader.
- Ensure all compliance standards are met during all processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Azure Professional Association (APA) qualification.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Relay is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, manage, multi-task and execute daily tasks.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Be open to change and adaptability.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
