Project Manager - Design Role

The role of the Project Manager is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Managing project risks and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on project progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • A Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
