Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to oversee the development of Software Defined Network control plane systems for our Global Network Edge (GNE). As an experienced leader, you will design, implement, and qualify control plane networking features, ensuring high availability and scalability.

About the Role:

You will lead a team of talented engineers and collaborate with partners, test engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to develop and deploy the SDN for our Edge network. You will anticipate customer needs, act as an owner, and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement control plane networking features
  • Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with partners and SREs
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of the SDN

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We seek candidates with deep expertise in software development, data structures, and algorithms. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, with at least 8 years of experience in software development. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or a PhD.
