**Job Summary**

The FP&A Senior Manager is responsible for leading the FP&A function within the Global Manufacturing organization.

This role involves providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, developing and implementing financial plans, and overseeing the preparation of financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, experience working with ERP systems, and excellent leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • FP&A for Month End: Oversee the preparation of executive summaries of the monthly financials in GMS, ensuring leadership receives key takeaways of rigorously reviewed financials.
  • Quarterly Reporting: Develop and communicate YOY commentary and financial reporting to HQ, ensuring cost movements for external reporting purposes are clearly defined.
  • Budget/Forecast: Lead the development of the annual budget process and timelines, standard setting processes, and assist in preparing the balance sheet and relevant cash flow projections.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing finance with increasing responsibilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.
