About the Role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with European travel companies who book our high school programmes in Ireland for their students.
You will communicate regularly with clients to provide options and support students wishing to spend an academic year in Ireland.
Key responsibilities include:
- Regular communication with European clients to provide options and support students
- Building relationships with clients to grow their bookings
- Visits to Irish schools with European agents during visits
- Growing the network of schools with whom we place students
- European travel on occasion for networking events and client visits
You will also handle all bookings via our online platform and work closely with the local coordinator team to ensure they provide the best possible service to clients.
