Building Design and Test Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic innovation team. Your work will shape the design, testing and future development of cutting-edge building products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test plans with precision and accuracy
- Create test orders and supervise tests
- Analyse and interpret complex data to optimise product performance
- Perform structural analysis using tools like FEA, SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs from concept to reality
- Ensure compliance with relevant EN standards, codes, and certification requirements
- Presentation of findings and project updates to key stakeholders
- Degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
- Theoretical grounding in structural mechanics and physics
- Practical experience with test equipment (e.g. data loggers, universal testing machines)
- Proficiency in FEA (ANSYS), MS Excel, SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Excellent data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Innovative mindset, attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement
- Full clean driving license and willingness to travel when required
