European Regulatory Lawyer

We are looking for a highly skilled lawyer to support our European Regulatory Investigations Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a leading role in responding to regulatory requests and investigations, helping to build key relationships with regulators, and supporting the development of internal policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contentious disputes regulatory law and experience in complex investigations, enforcement action, crisis management, and Requests for Information. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the development of the company's strategy.
Main Responsibilities:- Supporting responses to regulatory requests and investigations.
- Developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with other legal colleagues and the business to develop strategies for addressing regulatory challenges.
- Providing expert advice on regulatory matters and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Building relationships with regulators and stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- EU or UK legal qualification or non-EU/UK qualification with strong experience in content regulation.
- Regulatory experience including complex investigations and/or a combination of regulatory and litigation experience.
- Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of company strategy.
