The role of a Field Sales Surveyor involves representing Stiltz Homelifts in the Irish market, engaging with customers to understand their mobility needs, and providing tailored solutions using our premium homelift products. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing leads, conducting in-home assessments, and closing sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Conduct pre-booked sales appointments in customers' homes.
  2. Evaluate customers' homelift requirements and showcase suitable Stiltz options.
  3. Closing sales while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  4. Achieving sales targets and conversion rates.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2C sales.
  • Great people skills with a focus on figuring out what the customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and personal presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Drive, resilience, and strong empathy and integrity.
  • Strong negotiation and lead management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first approach.
  • Valid driving license required.
