Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering, preferably with experience on groundwork/utility projects.

  • Report into the Senior Management Team.
  • Oversight of project development, ensuring time and budget targets are met.
  • Select and Coordinate Subcontractors.
  • Manage site teams, motivating staff to complete work to the highest standard.
  • Liaise with the Health & Safety Team, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Ensure accurate completion and processing of all paperwork for reporting purposes.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings and maintaining regular communication.
  • Quality control checks on-site.
  • Maintenance of optimal cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordination and management of daily site meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of management experience.
  • Experience in managing multiple civil teams and projects.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
  • Full driving license.
