The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing all our customers' coffee machines on their premises, delivering our fantastic and delicious coffee and consumables, diagnosing faults and repairing machine breakdowns as required, and installing new machines (often mains fed) and providing demonstrations on how to operate to customers' staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing best-in-class customer service
  • Servicing all our customers' coffee machines on their premises
  • Delivering high-quality coffee and consumables
  • Diagnosing faults and repairing machine breakdowns as required
  • Installing new machines and providing demonstrations to customers' staff
What We Offer:
  • In-depth training provided on all machines and products
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Hours of operation: 7:00-16:00 Monday to Friday – no weekend or evening work
  • Company Vehicle and Company Phone provided
  • Flexible start and finish times from home
  • Overtime available at increased rate

  • Total On-target earnings of €38,000
  • Basic Salary €30,000
Requirements:
  • Extremely high level of customer service
  • Confident manner and ability to meet new people
  • Technical knowledge and/or plumbing experience is a distinct advantage
  • Full Clean B Driving Licence
  • Candidate must be 23 years or over for insurance purposes
