About the Role

">The successful candidate will:

- Provide support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring their overall wellbeing in all areas of their lives including health and personal care.">
- Deal with challenging behaviours and manage risk effectively.">
- Have excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to deal with confidential information discreetly.">
- Be knowledgeable about HIQA regulations and standards, as well as New Directions.">
Requirements
">A minimum of QQI Level 5 in Health Care Support/Social Care is required, along with 6 months experience of working with people with intellectual disabilities. A full clean driving licence and willingness to drive company vehicles are also necessary.
