**Job Summary**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Services Engineer to manage the installation quality for M&E systems on residential projects. The successful candidate will work closely with site construction management teams, coordinating on-site M&E installations and assisting with problem solving.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Oversee the installation quality of M&E systems from initial coordination to final commissioning and handover.
  2. Support site teams in coordinating on-site M&E installations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  3. Collaborate with project design teams to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with architectural and structural elements.
  4. Ensure M&E sub-contractors meet programme and quality expectations.
  5. Promote innovation and value engineering within the company by exploring best-in-class mechanical/electrical systems and products.
  6. Manage Temporary Electric/water systems.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar management role.
  • Passion for energy management and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Desirable: trade background.
  • Strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering programmes.
