Driver Opportunity

This role involves operating a truck for logistics services, covering various routes in the Dublin area. As a driver-oriented organization, we offer valuable experience and opportunities to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and well-being of the vehicle at all times.
  • Keep track of maintenance schedules and inform the transport office of any issues.
  • Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, changing tires, and taking the vehicle for routine tests.
  • Ensure that tax, VRT, and insurance are up to date weekly.
  • Hitch and unhitch trailers as required.
  • Collect signatures and documents from customers.
  • Participate in a 2-minute debriefing session with the transport office at the end of each day to exchange information and documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CPC, Tacho, CE qualifications.
  • Basic speaking English skills.
  • Able to work independently.
Benefits:
  • Freshly licensed drivers: €17.50 per hour for the first 9 months.
  • Drivers with 9-18 months' experience: €18.00 per hour.
  • Drivers with over 18 months' experience: €18.50 per hour.
  • All rates apply to a minimum of 50 hours worked per week.
