The Carriage House is the heart of our resort, offering an extensive range of services, including restaurant, bar, lounge, private dining area, and outdoor dining terrace. Our team of hosts play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued.
Your Role
We are seeking an organized and outgoing individual to take on the role of Head Host in the Carriage House. This position involves training and developing the host team, ensuring menus are up-to-date and presentable, and managing the guest database.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing training and development opportunities for the host team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of menus, reservations, and guest feedback
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a naturally warm and engaging person with a strong drive to deliver exceptional service. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
