Senior Clinical Data Management Lead

This role oversees multiple studies, ensuring high standards across programs. You will manage data management aspects of medium to large projects in phase I to IV clinical studies.

Major Responsibilities:
  • You will lead a team of Data Managers and make decisions on data management strategies.
  • Coordinate activities internally and externally.
  • Promote standardization and implement data management solutions.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing among the team.

You will conceptualize and implement scalable training models for end-to-end deliverables. Additionally, you will oversee GCP and data-handling procedures, ensuring consistency across programs to facilitate submissions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 9 years' experience in Drug Development with at least 8 years in Clinical Data Management.
  • Experience in managing multiple trials and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.
