As a leader in social care, this role requires exceptional management skills to ensure high-quality support for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

About the Role
  • Manage and motivate staff to achieve excellent standards of care and service delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices to ensure compliance at all times.
  • Have an understanding of and commitment to personalized planning, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills and initiative.
  • Utilize IT, administrative, and organizational skills to effectively manage centre operations.
Essential Criteria
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and data analysis.
  • Relevant qualification in people management (minimum Level 6).
Desirable Criteria
  • Previous management experience, ideally 1-3 years.
  • Reasonable knowledge of residential needs and training programs for adults with intellectual disabilities.
