Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant to our Director.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a keen interest in administration and organisation.

  • Assist with day-to-day administration duties, including calls, scheduling, and emails.
  • Manage stock control, packing and shipping of lots, and meeting clients on a regular basis.
  • Support with travel arrangements, director's expenses, and other personal administration tasks.
  • Aid in auction set-ups, viewings, and events.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of PA experience, with great administrative and organisational skills.
  • Great attention to detail, and competency with Microsoft office.
  • Multitasking abilities, proactivity, and the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally and helpfully with clients.
  • Punctuality and flexibility, with occasional paid weekend work for special events.
