As a Production Manager/ Workshop Manager with Walls Engineering, you will be responsible for leading our production team to achieve high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
Your key objectives will be to manage the workflow, ensure timely completion of projects, maintain accurate records and reports, and continuously improve our manufacturing processes.
You will also be expected to collaborate with other teams, identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement, and provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong understanding of production management principles, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
A valid full clean driving licence is required for regular site visits.
