Production Operations Technician

We are seeking a skilled Production Operations Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
  • Maintain equipment in a condition necessary to operate at its optimum.
  • Comply with cleaning procedure for equipment and machinery.
  • Fill and/or label products as per training plan.
  • Pack and label kits.
  • Prepare packing components for kits.
  • Perform kit/vial inspection as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Operate equipment when training has been completed.
  2. Maintain equipment in a condition necessary to operate at its optimum.
  3. Ensure all operations are performed to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality System Regulations.
  4. Understand and follow through on all relevant procedures and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing operations role as part of a team using problem-solving tools in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of GMP in a highly regulated manufacturing work environment.
Working Hours:
  • Monday - Thursday 12am-8am, Friday 10pm - 5am (Saturday morning).
