Office Manager – Limerick Hub
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Limerick office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing office facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and compliance in the Limerick office
- Provide remote facilities support to European satellite offices
- Manage vendor services and building systems
- Own compliance and safety protocols
- Partner with the Real Estate & Facilities Director on office refresh initiatives
- Define and promote positive office etiquette
- Organize team events and social activities
- Launch and lead green initiatives
Requirements:
• Proven experience in office management or a related field
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A genuine interest in people and workplace culture
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of building systems and local H&S regulations
• Confidence working independently
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
